There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and hopefully we have answered your questions below. If not, then be sure to send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
Please visit the page 'Contact us' above and let us know which property you like and what your requirements are. We can then work with you throughout the tenancy application process and secure the property.
To reserve your property you'll need to pay one week's rent which will be deducted from the first rental installment due upon signing the Tenancy Agreement.
The security deposit is usually between four to five weeks rent, depending on the property. This is due one month before the tenancy starts and will be registered with a government backed deposit protection scheme. This is refundable at the end of your tenancy providing there are no damages.
Your deposit is protected with the DPS. After you sign your tenancy and pay your deposit we will register it with the DPS under a custodial scheme and you will receive a copy of your certificate.
A UK guarantor is someone who agrees to be responsible for your tenancy agreement and therefore will cover your rent if you cannot pay it. A guarantor must be between the age of 18 and 75; have a good credit history; be able to pay your monthly rent and be a UK resident.
For students who do not have a UK guarantor, we can still accept you as a tenant however you will be required to pay your annual rent either upfront or in two equal instalments for the term. If you are professional, we will ask for your proof of income and relevant documents to be able to verify that you can afford the monthly rent payments.
